The von Trapp farm in Waitsfield, Vermont, produces milk, eggs, locally grown vegetables, maple syrup, homegrown flowers, and now they are making cheese. Thanks to the von Trapp Farmstead, a new small business started by brothers Sebastien and Daniel von Trapp, the farm is making cheeses to be sold at local markets, outside venues, and commercial sale.
